Mini Apple Monkey Bread

  • 1 cup Butter, Melted
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 whole Large Apple
  • 2/3 cups Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Cinnamon

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray two 12-count muffin tins with cooking spray.

    Mix melted butter and brown sugar in a small bowl. Spoon 1 tablespoon of this mixture into each muffin cup.

    Cut each biscuit into quarters. Peel and core the apple. Cut it into small pieces.

    Combine biscuit pieces, apple pieces, sugar and cinnamon in a large plastic bag. Shake to coat biscuit pieces and apples with cinnamon sugar. Evenly divide this mixture between the 24 muffin tins.

    Bake for about 15 minutes or until biscuits have browned. Let cool for a couple of minutes. Turn muffin tin upside down onto parchment paper to remove mini monkey breads.
