  • 7 oz Marie Calendars Cheese Biscuit Mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (divided for topping the muffins)
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup your favorite type of sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

    Preheat your oven to 400 F.

    Line a cupcake tray with paper cupcake liners.

    First, whisk the 1/4 cup of melted butter, the 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and the 1/3 cup of milk together until blended.

    Slowly start to incorporate the cheese biscuit mix into the blended milk, oil, and butter until a moistened dough forms.

    Next, incorporate a 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, 1/2 cup of your favorite sausage, 1/2 cup of cilantro and 1/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese into your moistened dough.

    Spoon your dough mixture into the cupcake liners, after, sprinkle the remaining half cup of cheese on each muffin until it's gone.

    Pop the muffins in oven for 9-12 minutes.
