  • 2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 lb. shredded Cheddar
  • 3 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 large chopped onion
  • 2 small green peppers

    Beat cream cheese until fluffy and add other ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Use medium size melon ball scoop.

    Make into balls. Roll in finely chopped nuts.

    Refrigerate.
