- 3 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- Cool Whip
- 1 can pie filling (of choice)
Directions

1Stir together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

2(Cream cheese should be room temperature or microwaved to soften.)

3Place a vanilla wafer in the bottom of a cup cake cup.

4Put approximately 1/4 cup of batter in each cup.

5Bake at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.

6Top with Cool Whip and pie filling of your choice. Refrigerate.
