- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Place 1 vanilla wafer in each of 12 foil cups.

3Mix cream cheese, vanilla flavor and sugar until well blended.

4Add eggs, one at a time.

5Blend well.

6Add mixture equally to each foil cup.

7Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.

8Chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

9Top with jelly or preserves or your own fruit choice.
