  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 24 vanilla wafers
  • 24 cupcake paper holders

    Mix the rest of ingredients until light and fluffy.

    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.

    Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°.
