- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- vanilla wafers
- cupcake holders
Directions

1Cream together cream cheese, sugar and flour until well blended.

2Add eggs one at a time; beat after each egg.

3Blend in milk and vanilla.

4Place one wafer on the bottom of each cupcake holder.

5Fill halfway up with mixture.

6Bake at 300° for 20 minutes.

7Cool and add topping of your choice.
