- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 vanilla wafers
Directions

1Place 12 vanilla wafers on bottom of 12 paper lined muffin cups.

2Then mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour into muffin cups.

3Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut or top with various types of jam or other favorite toppings.
