  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 vanilla wafers

Directions

    Place 12 vanilla wafers on bottom of 12 paper lined muffin cups.

    Then mix cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour into muffin cups.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Sprinkle with coconut or top with various types of jam or other favorite toppings.
