  • 3-Eggs
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Box Foil Mini Cups
  • 1 Box Vanilla Wafers
  • 29oz Pie Filling of your choice(blueberry, cherry, peach, strawberry)

Directions

    Place one vanilla wafer in a baking cup. Add cheese filling to 1/4 from top. Put 1 tsp filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool and refrig. 1 jar pie filling makes 2 recipes.
