- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 box vanilla wafers
- 1 can pie filling (any flavor)
Directions

1Whip cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy.

2Add eggs and vanilla.

3Blend together thoroughly.

4Place one vanilla wafer in bottom of each cupcake liner.

5Fill 2/3 full.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
