- 34 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 24 vanilla wafers
Directions

1Beat the first 5 ingredients together until fluffy.

2Line muffin pans with paper cupcake liners.

3Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner.

4Fill the liners about 2/3 full of the cream cheese mixture.

5Bake@ 375 F.for 15 minutes.

6Top with pie filling and chill.
