- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Line muffin tins with foil.

2Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.

3Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.

4Add egg, one at at time, blending well after each addition.

5Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.

6Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.

7Remove form pan and cool.

8Top with fruit preserves, nuts or chocolate.
