  • 3 to 4 lb. roast (pot)
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1/4 Tbsp. rosemary
  • 3/4 Tbsp. seasoned salt
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • hamburger buns

Directions

    Put roast in 3 quart roaster filled 1/2 with water.

    Add garlic salt, oregano, rosemary, seasoned salt and bouillon cubes.

    Cover and simmer 8 hours.

    Remove fat and bones.
  5. 5
    Shred beef.
  6. 6
    Serve on buns.
