- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- vanilla wafers
- any fruit pie filling
Directions

1Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.

2Gradually add sugar, mixing well.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg.

4Stir in vanilla.

5Place vanilla wafer in muffin paper and pan and fill with cream cheese mixture.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Chill overnight.

7Top with pie filling.
