- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- vanilla wafers
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- cherry pie filling or your choice

1You will need foil cupcake liners.

2Mix all ingredients, except pie filling and wafers, in bowl until creamy.

3Place liners on cookie sheet or in cupcake pans.

4Place one vanilla wafer, face up, in each liner.

5Add one heaping spoonful of batter to each.
