  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 Cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • Vanilla Wafers
  • Cherry pie filling

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth.

    Line cupcake pans with paper inserts and place a cookie in each.

    Put 1 Tbsp. of batter on each cookie.

    Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

    Cool then top each with cherry pie filling.
