"Mini Chicken Pancakes"

  • variety of chicken parts
  • cream of celery soup (1 can)
  • salt/pepper to taste
  • dash of onion salt
  • Bisquick mix

Directions

    Boil chicken parts until meat falls off the bone.

    Remove bones and dice chicken.

    Mix with cream of celery soup, salt, pepper and onion salt.

    Make a batch of Bisquick pancake mix, following directions on box.

    Add to chicken and soup mixture. Fry like a mini pancake.

    Serve hot!!!
