- 1/2 pounds Quality Dark Chocolate
- 1/2 pounds Butter
- 1-1/2 cup Sugar
- 5 whole Eggs
- 1/2 cups Flour
Directions

1Melt the chocolate and butter over low heat. Meanwhile, mix the sugar, eggs and flour. Slowly pour the chocolate/butter mix in with the sugar, eggs and flour and mix well.

2Pour mix into muffin, mini-muffin (as in this case), souffle dish, or 8x8 pan; sprinkle with roughly chopped dark chocolate and bake at 350F for about an hour, until the inside is the slightest bit moist.

3Serve warm.
