- 3 celery ribs, diced

- 1 lb fresh lump crabmeat, drained
- 2 Tbsp minced fresh parsley
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 c soft breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
Directions

1Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add onion, and saut for 3 minutes.
