- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
- 1 Land O Lakes Egg
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated orange zest
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions

1Heat oven to 350F.

2Grease 3 (5x3 3/4-inch) mini loaf pans; set aside.

3Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in bowl.

4Stir milk, orange juice, butter, egg, and orange zest into flour mixture.

5Stir until ingredients are moistened.

6Stir in dates and nuts.

7Divide batter among prepared pans.

8Bake 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

9Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.

10Cool completely.

11Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
