  • 1 pkg. processed ham
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Chop ham and place in bowl. Add cheese, egg, pepper and mustard; stir. Unroll crescent dough and press into 1 large rectangle. Cut into 24 pieces. Place dough pieces in mini muffin pan cups. Use fingers to form a cup. Fill cup and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 24.
