- 1 (2.5 oz.) pkg. processed ham
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Chop ham and onion finely.

3Place in a large bowl.

4Add cheese, egg, pepper and mustard.

5Stir to combine.

6Spray mini-muffin pan with vegetable oil.

7Unroll crescent rolls and press dough into one large rectangle.

8Cut rectangle into 24 pieces using a pizza cutter.

9Place dough pieces in mini-muffin pan cups.

10Place filling in cup.

11Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
