Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Land O Lakes Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Combine 1/3 cup honey and 2 tablespoons butter in 1-quart saucepan.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 2-5 minutes or until butter is melted.

    Stir in milk until well mixed; set aside to cool.

    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda in bowl.

    Stir egg into cooled milk mixture with whisk.

    Add milk mixture to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.

    (Batter will be slightly lumpy.)

    Spoon batter into greased mini muffin pans.

    Bake 10-13 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pans.

    Combine all glaze ingredients in bowl.
