Mini Kisses

Directions

   Heat oven to 275°.

   Grease and flour two cookie sheets.

   Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

   Slowly add the 2/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

   Beat until smooth and shiny.

   Stir in with a spoon 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1 cup of nuts.

   Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet.

   Bake 15 minutes at 275° (or can turn off oven and leave kisses in oven overnight).

   Makes about 4 dozen.
