  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 can Durkee fried onions
  • 6 small potatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli, corn and red peppers, thawed

Directions

    Combine meat, salt, egg, 1/2 can tomato sauce, Italian seasoning and 1/2 can fried onions.

    Make 3 small meat loaves; place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Place potatoes around loaves. Bake covered at 375° for 35 minutes.

    Place vegetables around loaves and mix with potatoes; add remaining tomato sauce to loaves.

    Salt and pepper.

    Bake 15 minutes uncovered; add remaining fried onions and bake 5 more minutes.
