- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 of the tomato sauce. Shape into 1/2-inch meatballs.

2Place in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.

3Spoon reserved tomato sauce over meatballs.

4Cover with plastic wrap.

5Microwave at High 8 to 9 minutes.

6Let stand, covered, 2 to 4 minutes before serving.

7Yields 35 meatballs.
