  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1- 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Crumbled Crackers (I Use Club)
  • 2 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Powder (or A 1-ounce Packet)
  • 1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce (12 Ounce Bottle)

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Beat egg and milk in a mixing bowl.

    Add beef, crackers and ranch powder, and mix until just combined.

    Form mini loaves that fit in the palm of your hand.

    Place the loaves into a casserole dish and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.

    Bake for 45 minutes.

    I serve with ketchup and ranch dressing.
