  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ketchup for top
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce

    chop onion and pepper place in large bowl

    add all other ingredients

    mix by hand until all combined

    spray cupcake pan with spray

    place meat in pan press down

    brush with ketchup on top

    bake for 20 min until done
