  • 10 fajita tortillas
  • 1/2 onion, diced finely King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 150g beef mince Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 220g tub KRAFT Tomato, Olive & Feta Dip
  • 1 avocado, cut into chunks King Sooper's 1 ea For $0.77 thru 02/09

Directions

    Using a 5cm scone cutter, cut tortillas into circles.

    Place circles between paper towels and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.

    Press into 1 tablespoon capacity muffin tins.

    Heat a frypan over medium heat, spray with oil and add onion.

    Cook for 3-5 minutes or until translucent.

    Add mince and brown well.

    Stir in taco seasoning and salsa until heated through and thickened slightly.

    Spoon mince into tortilla shells.

    Bake at 180C for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

    Finish with a dollop of dip and a chunk of avocado just prior to serving.

    Serve hot or cold.
