- 3/4 lb. ground chuck
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 10 oz. refrigerated biscuits, cut in fourths
- 3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Brown and drain beef.

2Stir in tomato paste, onion and seasonings.

3Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Place biscuits in a greased 1 to 2-inch muffin tin, pressing to cover bottom and sides.

4Spoon meat mixture into biscuit lined cups and sprinkle with cheese.

5Garnish with a piece of green pepper. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

6Yields 48 mini pizza cups.
