  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
  • other pizza toppings (optional)

Directions

    Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on half of muffin.

    Top with cheese and whatever other toppings you choose.

    Put muffins on a cookie sheet covered with foil.

    Bake in oven at 400° for a few minutes until cheese is hot and bubbles.
