- 1 (11.2 oz.) pkg. Jell-O no bake real cheesecake
- 1 c. cold milk or half and half
- 1 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
Directions

1Mix crumb mixture as directed on package.

2Press onto bottoms of 12 paper-lined muffin cups.

3Beat milk, filling mix, pumpkin and spice with electric mixer on low speed until blended.

4Beat on medium speed 3 minutes.

5Filling will be thick.

6Spoon over crumb mixture.

7Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve. Garnish as desired.
