- 2/3 c. butter, softened
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 2/3 c. flour
- 1 c. ham, finely chopped
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 3 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram leaves
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions

1In bowl, blend butter and cream cheese.

2Stir in flour.

3Shape into a ball.

4Wrap in plastic wrap and set aside.

5Blend remaining ingredients except bacon.

6Set aside.

7Preheat grill.

8Divide dough into 12 pieces.

9Place in ungreased muffin cups.

10Press evenly in bottom and up sides of each cup.

11Bake with hood closed until light golden brown, approximately 10 minutes.

12Fill each cup with 1/4 cup egg mixture.

13Top with bacon.

14Bake with hood closed until center is set and slightly puffed, 20 to 25 minutes. Rotate pan once.
