- pastry for 2-crust pie
- 1 (4 1/4 oz.) can shrimp
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped fine
- 1/4 c. sliced black olives
- 4 oz. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
Directions

1On floured surface, roll half of pastry into a 12-inch circle. Cut 6 (4-inch) circles.

2Repeat with second pastry.

3Fit into 12 muffin pan cups.

4Fill each muffin cup with some shrimp, green onion, black olives and cheese.

5Beat remaining ingredients and pour over mixture in muffin cups.

6Bake in 400° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

7Makes 12 appetizers.
