  • 1/2 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 40 RITZ Crackers
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Mayo Chipotle Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 5 oz. CRACKER BARREL Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 20 thin slices
  • 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onions

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Mix turkey, garlic and Dijon in medium bowl.

    Shape into 20 small patties, roughly the size of a RITZ Cracker.

    Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.

    Cook the patties, in batches, 2 to 3 min.

    on each side or until done (165 degrees F).

    Spread each of 20 crackers with 1/2 tsp.

    mayonnaise; top with cooked patties and cheese.

    Place on baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 min.

    or until cheese is melted.

    Dollop with remaining mayonnaise; sprinkle with green onions.

    Top with remaining crackers to form sandwiches.
