Ingredients

  • 20 scoop style tortilla chips
  • 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 20 tsp sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded iceburg lettuce

Directions

    Mix chopped meat, taco seasoning, egg and bread crumbs.

    Form miniature meatballs about the size of a ping pong.

    In preheated 375F oven, bake meatballs for 15- 20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

    On a platter take tortilla scoop chips, a tablespoon of shredded lettuce, top with meatball.

    Top meatball with teaspoon of sour cream and sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
