- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Line 72 mini-muffin tins with paper baking cups.

3Melt butter in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-low heat.

4Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.

5Remove from heat.

6Stir in sugar and vanilla until blended.

7Add eggs and stir briskly. Gradually stir in flour, then nuts.

8Fill baking cups 3/4 full. Bake 1 sheet at a time, 22 to 24 minutes until pick inserted in center comes out almost clean.

9Cool on wire rack.

10Store airtight. Brownies freeze well for up to 3 months.
