- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 20 to 21 oz. can Thank You peach, blueberry or cherry pie filling
- 1/2 c. sliced nuts (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Line cupcake pans with paper liners. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of each liner.

3In small bowl beat next 5 items until light and fluffy.

4Fill liners 3/4 full with mixture.

5Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set.

6Top each with spoonful of filling and 1 teaspoon nuts.

7Chill.

8Serves 24.
