Miniature Cheese Cups

  • 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 recipe for 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

Directions

    Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Spoon some graham cracker crust mixture on bottom of miniature paper cups.

    Press down with bottom of a shot glass.

    Put 1 good tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in cup, but don't fill to top. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

    Top with cherry pie filling.

    Makes 44 cups.
