- 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 recipe for 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Directions

1Blend cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Spoon some graham cracker crust mixture on bottom of miniature paper cups.

2Press down with bottom of a shot glass.

3Put 1 good tablespoon of cream cheese mixture in cup, but don't fill to top. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

4Top with cherry pie filling.

5Makes 44 cups.
