- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 lb. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 lb. dry cottage cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt butter in saucepan.

3Add graham cracker crumbs, tossing to coat well with butter.

4Set aside. Place cottage cheese, sour cream and cream cheese together in mixing bowl.

5Blend with electric mixer.

6Add sugar, then eggs and vanilla.

7Blend with electric mixer or food processor and blend 1 minute.

8Line mini muffin pans with paper liners.

9Place 1 teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs in each liner.

10Press down firmly.

11Fill liners 3/4 full with cheese mixture.

12Bake exactly 12 minutes.

13Let cool, then top each with 1 teaspoon pie filling. Chill until topping sets.
