- 1 pie shell (unbaked)
- 1 can tuna or use any leftover fish
- 1 c. grated Jack cheese or Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Prebake pie shell 10 minutes at 375°.

2Mix together tuna (flaked), cheese and onions.

3Beat eggs; mix in mayonnaise and 1/2 cup milk.

4Pour over fish mixture that has been put in pie shell. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then finish baking at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting to serve.

5Cut in wedges.

6Serves 6 to 8.
