  • 1 pie shell (unbaked)
  • 1 can tuna or use any leftover fish
  • 1 c. grated Jack cheese or Mozzarella
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Prebake pie shell 10 minutes at 375°.

    Mix together tuna (flaked), cheese and onions.

    Beat eggs; mix in mayonnaise and 1/2 cup milk.

    Pour over fish mixture that has been put in pie shell. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then finish baking at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting to serve.

    Cut in wedges.
