  • 1 pkg. date bread mix
  • 1 egg (if mix calls for it)
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped, candied fruit
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • white corn syrup
  • red and green candied cherries (for garnish)

Directions

    In mixing bowl, prepare mix per instructions on package.

    Add candied fruit, pecans and raisins.

    Mix.

    Spoon into 24 paper-lined cups (muffin small).

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Glaze with warm corn syrup and garnish with candied cherries.
