  • Thousand Island dressing
  • thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 c. sauerkraut, shredded and drained
  • sliced Swiss cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°; arrange bread slices on cookie sheet and spread dressing on one side of bread.

    On each slice add some beef, cheese and sauerkraut.
  3. 3
    Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
