Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1 c. raw macaroni
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 2 tsp. beef bouillon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions

    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic until brown and drain off the fat.

    Place this and all other ingredients in a large pot (except macaroni).

    Heat to boiling; then reduce heat, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.

    Add macaroni and continue until it is tender.
