- 1/2 pounds Firm White Fish (like Red Snapper, Halibut Or Cod)
- 4 Tablespoons White Onion, Finely Diced
- 2 Limes, Juiced
- 3 Tomatillos, Chopped
- 1 cup Mint Leaves
- 1/2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Jalapeno, Minced
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve

2Cut the white fish into a small dice and add to a small bowl.
