- 8 mint leaves and stems
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- crushed red pepper
- 1/2 ounce white rum
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in blender.

2Blend until smooth

3Taste and alter amounts/seasoning until you're starting with the mint flavor and ending with the apple with a little spice left over.

4Use as glaze for salmon, pork, etc.

5Pour the rest of the rum in a glass with your favorite mixer and enjoy further!
