Directions

1Cake: Preheat oven to 350.

3Combine first 5 ingredients and bake 30 minutes.

5Mint Creme Center: Combine next 5 ingredients and beat until smooth.

6Spread Creme center over cake and refrigerate.

7Chocolate Topping: Melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan.

8Remove from heat and stir until smooth.

9Cool slightly, then pour chocolate over top of cake.

10Chill until ready to serve.
