- 12 ounces strawberries hulled, halved
- 6 ounces raspberries
- 6 ounces blueberries
- 2/3 cup grenadine
- 4 tablespoons fresh mint leaves chopped, plus extra sprigs to garnish
- heavy cream or creme fraiche, to serve, optional
Directions

1Combine berries in a serving dish. Add grenadine and mint and toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2-3 hours, to macerate, stirring occasionally.

2Garnish with fresh mint sprigs and serve with cream or creme fraiche, if desired.
