Ingredients
- 2 1/2 sq. (2 1/2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 scant c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. mint extract
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- powdered sugar for garnish
- strawberries for garnish
Directions

1Melt chocolate and butter in medium saucepan.

2Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and mint extract.

3Combine flour and baking powder.

4Add to butter mixture.

5Line a muffin pan with 12 cupcake liners.

6Fill each with 2 tablespoons batter.

7Bake at 350° for 13 to 15 minutes until a toothpick barely comes out clean.

8Remove to cool on rack.

9Dust with powdered sugar when cool.

10The cups will sink slightly in the middle.

11Garnish with sliced strawberries, if available.
