Ingredients

  • 1 family size brownie mix (I use Duncan Hines) and ingredients needed to fix brownies
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. creme de menthe
  • 2 Tbsp. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 can milk chocolate icing

Directions

    Prepare brownie mix according to package directions; cool completely.

    Mix and cream well the margarine, powdered sugar, creme de menthe and pudding.

    Spread on top of brownies. Refrigerate until well chilled.
  4. 4
    Top with canned icing; chill for at least 3 hours.
